Barnstorm Farm provides quality alpacas and ongoing support for farms that need good foundation stock. Interested in starting a farm? Consider purchasing one of our proven producer mothers as we cut down on our numbers to keep our herd size manageable.
We also have animals for sell as fleece animals only. Single alpacas don't thrive. Animals must be joining another alpaca or be bought as a pair.
The alpaca business is built on strong relationships. We will always be available for followup information on herd management, breeding, training, and showing.

Camilio's X-Man
Camilio's X-Man is a medium brown son of Peruvian Accoyo Camilio and grandson of Peruvian Hemingway. He had a shear weight of 12 pounds in 2005. His crias carry the family tradition of fabulous, soft fleece. X-Man, owned by Misty Ridge Alpacas and Steve Vanderwerff, will stand at stud at Barnstorm Farm through 2010. His rich, bold color earned the Color Championship at the Northwest Alpaca Showcase in Coeur d'Alene, ID., in 2005, when he took three blue ribbons, including at the Sunshine State Alpaca Expo in Oscala, FL., and the Southwest Regional Alpaca Show in Scottsdale, AZ.

Pimampiro
Pimampiro or “Pim” was born in Chile in 1996. This excellent mother is light fawn and has given us the beautiful Estrella and blue-ribbon winner Emelia. Her 2009 cria, Midori, a medium brown with a white tip on her nose, is also for sale. Midori is out of Emerald Farm's Calypso Cloud, a proud dark silver gray with dense fleece, who is a multiple award-winner and one of Misty Ridge’s top sires. Pim gave birth to a sturdy white female in 2010 out of X-Man.

Resende
Resende, a medium silver grey, a favored color, was born in Chile in 1996. Mother to our Esteban, Alejandra, Zorro and Alexi. Purchased from Alpacas of Misty Ridge in 2005. We are not breeding Resende to concentrate on our younger females. We will lower her price if the buyer will take her as part of a package with her old buddy Pim.

Pip's Esteban
Our silver gray, Esteban, is for sale as an excellent fleece animal. Esteban has dense fleece and an easy temperament. He has competed in two shows, placing fourth at the prestigious 2007 West Coast Open and third at the 2007 Alpacapalooza. His mother is our Resende and his father is Pip of Misty Ridge.

In addition to the animals photographed, other animals for sale include: Our 4-year-old Rebel offspring, Estrella, and her new son, a beautiful brown out of Jedi. Two-year-old Alexi, a light brown female, and 1-year-old Midori, a solid light brown. Neither Estrella nor Alexi have been bred for 2011.
Agistment
Animals with health certificates will be agisted for $3 a day. At this time, we are not accepting more animals.
Breeding
At this time, Barnstorm Farm does not have sires. We can facilitate breeding or connect you to the owners of X-Man for breeding.
